Hi A.A.,
If you have Adobe Acrobat (free version), you should be able to add a signature. Granted, it’s hard for most of use to use a mouse or our trackpad to create a signature that looks anything like our own. If that’s the case, then you’ll want to follow Nicki’s advice and use your phone to take a photo of the document. If you have a phone without a camera, public libraries are often a great spot to use printers and scanners for relatively cheap (a few cents, if not free).

You have to print them out so that you can sign them, but then you can take a picture of the signed document, send it to yourself, and then save it as a PDF. 🙂

The PDF form allows you to input all the information by simply typing it in EXCEPT for the signature and date.
