Hi Rachel,

Yes! I think a lot of newer copywriters (and, I suppose, some of the veterans, too) get nervous about calls and think that they have to be able to provide all of the answers in that moment. And the truth is that the client benefits if we take some time to think about it too—they get a fair price, a reasonable timeline, and the chance to consider any questions or issues we come up with.
