Good for you—there’s a lot to learn, but it’s a lot of fun! And you’re in good company; many teachers and professors move from education into copywriting (or add it to their careers).

And, yes, I *do* enjoy teaching! I love helping people learn new things and then watch them take those tools out into the world and build their careers. It’s very fulfilling. 🙂

First, I’m going to keep on studying the hell out of copywriting!

By the way, thank you for your compassion. You describe the ambitious person to a T. I’m a college writing teacher and getting into copywriting. It will be a good change although I know I’ll miss my students the minute I leave (I won’t miss the college.) I’m curious — you seem to have the itch to educate while copywriting, and for me it’s the other way around. Isn’t teaching cathartic?
