Thank you! I have just recently started thinking about taking classes to become a copywriter (I am a senior citizen, oh ugh, who, in 2014, got my BA in English with Creative Writing certification. I have written creatively my whole life, just not for public consumption and mostly poetry. For five years I’ve been curious about how to get children’s books into the world, one of my favorite genres. But then, I got an email from a competitor of yours(?) and read through pages, and pages, of info and by the end, exhausted, I did start to consider it. I mean I know nothing much about writing copy, but I’m guessing I might really like it…whether or not anyone else would, who knows. I don’t care much. I just think training to do it might be good for me. All to say that I will keep in mind what you have said about Truths where this career is concerned. I don’t know yet how to learn it all. I don’t have a big budget (that’s hilarious, I have a tiny budget), and I noticed quite a few free online sites that have courses. Filthy Rich has sent me many emails that I am working my way through.
