The flexibility to work from my kitchen table is nice, as is working with a team and having ample time to complete the projects I’ve been assigned. The cons, for me at least, are the lower-than-I’d-like pay and the dull topic. I would love to add some PT projects to my plate to make some ‘side money’ and to be able to dive into writing that I truly enjoy. (This is also why I joined the CCA.)
