As a mom, I need to remind myself that I don’t have to carry it all. It’s okay to ask for help from your “tribe”. I’ve learned from experience that in order to be the best version of myself, I must set boundaries and communicate to others what my boundaries are. I am solely responsible for maintaining my boundaries. Nobody but me has the power .
